Introductory Massage: When you arrive, we'll ask you to fill out an intake that will allow us to customize the massage to meet your needs. (The intake time does NOT count towards your massage time.)
After the massage, your therapist will let know which muscles could be involved in your pain/tightness/tension issues. Your therapist will also explain how your problem areas were addressed and will have suggestions for helping you to stay out of pain.
